Kings Canyon & Sequoia National Park

We spent a pretty good amount of time in Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park after we finally got in at 11:30PM on our first night. We realized how quickly we were going through our trip and decided to slow things down a bit and enjoy some good nights in the camper. We switched off staying in Convict Flats campground and Cherry Gap, where we would drive out to day hikes in the surrounding areas. We hiked to incredible canyon views in Kings Canyon and hiked through the giant sequoia forests. We were even able to see the largest living tree in the world by volume (General Sherman), and hike a ten mile loop through the most dense sequoia grove in the entire world. SO MANY GIANT TREES!
